Paneikon is a production and post production company specialized in documentary and quality works for television and cinema since 1988. It avails itself of authors, directors and qualified experienced consultants to collaborate and improve every single project. Paneikon often takes part in international film festival and has won many important awards. Working all over the world for such a long time, it has build up a remarkable film archive and image library, more than 3.000 hours of footage, mainly on film and digital, with particular focus on the natural world and on animal behavior, filming in a wide range of different environments and continents. Paneikon frequently co produced with the world’s most important broadcaster, such as R.A.I., BBC, LA CINQUIEME, CANAL PLUS, NHK, DISCOVERY CHANNEL, NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC, Thirteen WNET, NDR, WDR, TV NEW ZEALAND and so on. Paneikon currently gets public funding from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and the European Community.
