In his previous career Ale was a skier and snowboarder. Through this he moved into Sports Marketing producing several fashion lines of clothing. Producing events and working closely with the Media world, led him to pursue a career in Film/TV. After training as a Sound Engineer and working as a sound recordist for several films, he decided to produce his first documentary, " The Cardboard Train".
With his latest film, "Colours at the End of the World", Ale Corte exposes his sensitivity about social issues, the frustration of relegated people against powerful individuals and the present situation of a country that was always for sale.
The documentary which was self-funded and co-produced with Rania Georgopoulos has also been screened in more than 20 film festivals, winning 1rst Prize as Best Film at the Ecovision 2009 Film Festival, Palermo, Italy.
