As both a Manager and a CG Supervisor at Sony Playstation, I was responsible for managing projects, building 3D Art teams and technical pipelines, and creating schedules and budgets.
I was responsible for managing every aspect of project development – working very closely with game teams on asset development, story development, look development and pre-vis, and then supervising both internal and external development (outsourcing) -- managing character and environment development, camera and character animation, lighting and rendering, visual effects, and etc. I was also responsible for creating and maintaining both internal and external communications – with game developers, vendors, and contractual talents.
