I am a newbie motion graphics guy, and I want to learn more... specifically, stuff like this. How on earth do you begin to learn it? I have cinema 4D, but no know-how to use it. I have done the lynda.com training for it, but it is so basic, it really only wets your appetite.

What would you recommend for training purposes for stuff like this?
