WHAT IS WEATHERVANE MUSIC?
Weathervane Music is a new non-profit community working with independent musicians to support and advance their careers. Every year we produce the Weathervane Music Project Series, a curated series of audio and video recordings featuring the artists, their music and artfully produced video of the actual recording sessions that went into making that music.

WHY DO WE DO THIS?
Today, there is a profound need for all of us to ACTIVELY SUPPORT THE MUSIC WE LOVE. The Weathervane Community is making a cultural investment in sophisticated new independent music, while establishing a model for how other organizations can do the same. If society doesn't make this investment, careers in music will become limited to the privileged and independently wealthy, rather than the most sophisticated artists. This is bad for music and bad for society.
