Grease goes just under the first lip where the shaft enters the body. Still working stiction free 10 rides or so later. I used Mobil 1 synthetic, but Slick Honey grease would be a better option. Fork was almost new with maybe 2 hours ride time on it when

Hi there ... where do you exactly put the grease (which seal?). How long lasting is the effect? What grease ... Teflon or silicon or else?
