Pat Boyle
Hello,
I have just moved to Denver from Indiana two months ago, and haven been looking for work. I am looking for a good place to start seeking work as a videographer, camera operator, editor, or production assistant who is willing to travel. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University last December with a double major in Film & Television Production. I am a member of the Colorado Film & Video Association, and the Colorado Professional Videographers Association. Currently, I am working on a documentary about the Denver Kickball Coalition.
As of recent, I worked for WTIU, a local PBS station that broadcasts to 20 counties in south central Indiana. I have also shot hand-held cameras for the NBA Pacers in-house production, and camera and replay for Indiana University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics basketball and football. I have videographer experience from shooting dance competitions for IT Cinema, a Louisville, KY based production company.
I am an excellent people person with strong communication and team building skills. Being well organized and comfortable in the professional environment, I use my critical thinking background to solve problems quickly as they arise. I can work hard on a flexible schedule, show up on time, and treat your equipment as if it were my own. Most importantly, I take pride in my work.
I have a comprehensive understanding of editing, both liner and non-linear. I have worked with a wide variety of cameras and formats including 16mm, and have editing equipment in my home office. Attached is my resume that further outlines my professional experience with hyperlinks to a few projects I have worked on. Feel free to contact me anytime.
Sincerely,
Pat Boyle
