My friend www.twitter.com/melinachan is in Battambang, Cambodia and just started a project to partner remote volunteers with NGO's in Battambang. The first initiative is called the profile project where you write a basic script for a NGO, they use the script and shoot footage, then they send it back for you to edit and add special source. Then in December it will be shown at a human rights event called shout!
