La primera asesoría legal casi gratuita especializada en librar a los ciudadanos de los abusos de la SGAE y demás entidades de gestión.

La EXGAE se abre con la voluntad de canalizar la popular y justificada hostilidad hacia estas entidades y dotarla de herramientas artísticas y legales de visibilización y defensa.
La EXGAE apuesta, juntamente con la gran mayoría de la sociedad civil, por otras formas de circulación de la cultura.
24 identidades, entre asociaciones y ciudadanos, están detrás de esta iniciativa que comienza respaldada por casi 8000 personas.
Está enfocada a informar y ayudar a la ciudadanía en general y, en particular a asesorar comercios, creadores, artistas y productores estén atados de pies y manos a una entidad de gestión o no.
El horizontes es cambiar los hábitos y cambiar las normas para un más justo y beneficios uso de los recursos digitales.

Que servicios proponemos:

- Asesoría legal
- Respuestas, en nuestra web, a todas las preguntas más recurrentes sobre derechos de autor, licencias, canon y entidades de gestión para artistas, productores, salas, establecimientos, tiendas de informática, etc. Lo que serían las FAQ en general y las FAQ SGAE en particular.
- Herramientas de autodefensa: En exgae.net todo el mundo puede descargarse las herramientas necesarias (modelos de contratos, cartas para rechazar el canon para difusión cuando está aplicado de forma improcedente, etc etc…)
- Eventos, Actitudes, Virales, Charlas informativas, Talleres DIY, Redes P2P y dejarlo muy claro (descarga y difunde).

EXGAE no es un proyecto asistencial. EXGAE inventa y práctica.

The EXGAE opens with the notion of channelling the popular and justified hostility towards of the official Societies of Authors and Composers and other trade groups of the cultural industry like the spanish SGAE, equipping people with artistic and legal skills to finally put an end to these entities and there private goals.

The EXGAE fights, alongside the great majority of society, for alternative forms for the circulation of culture.

As always, civil society is way ahead of law. Because of this, the EXGAE is a legal advice service for creators and those affected by the actions of the traditional societies of authors and composers and other trade groups of the cultural industry.
The EXGAE is focused on informing and assisting citizens, (every one of us pays into the canon!), and in particular, give legal advice to traders, creators, artists and producers alike.

24 bodies, including associations and individuals, are behind this initiative, which begins with the endorsement of almost 8000 people.

EXGAE offers the following services:

-Tools for self-defense: At exgae.net, anyone can download the necessary tools (Model contracts, letters to reject the canon with regard to the circulation of work applying to inadmissible work, etc etc…).
-Events, Actitudes, viral campaigns, presentations, actions, DIY workshops, P2P nets.
