Great video Vitart! Loved the erie color. Very creepy. Would have loved to have seen a ghostly image come through the room with the table. Liked the sound effects & the squeeking of the swinging lamp. Good job.

You say you need some practice with your tripod. Are you using a good fluid head. That's very important to have a good head. Also before you shoot a panning shot give some thought as to where you're going to pan & then practice the movement before you actually start the recording. That will make the shot better & smoother. You know what they say, practice makes perfect.

I've been into Photography for most of my life but for a long time I've had a under lying urge to get into videography. I bought a consumers grade HD camera to video tape some church plays but quickly I found myself wanting to do something more professional. I recently bought a new Canon XH-A1. There's a lot to learn but I love it. When I see the work being posted on Vimeo that's shot with the XH-A1 I'm so impressed. I hope to get to the level of these members at some point.
