HendersonTwelve is a New Media artist based in Dublin, primarily interested in architecture, sound, and minimal design, and interactions between the three. His works are mainly temporal pieces that evolve through user interactions and/or generative systems, playing with the idea of an “artist’s creation” by delegating compositional power to an audience, or to chance.

Past works include Boxes, a 5.1 surround sound set of prepared speakers that played their own resonant frequencies, producing various harmonics within the construction of the speakers themselves, and a series of architectural works based on chapters from Italo Calvino’s novel Invisible Cities. His piece, Pipeline (letterswitch), was shown as part of the inaugural poetry/new media exhibition the J a b b e r w o c k y Series.
