Eamon Donnelly is an internationally acclaimed and award winning illustrator, designer, artist and Australian archivist and historian. He has illustrated for Rolling Stone, Newsweek, Billboard, Mens Health, Bloomberg Businessweek, Complex, ESPN, GQ, Maxim, Advertising Age, VH1, Mountain Dew and Playboy. He has spoken at the International Design Conference AGIdeas, his illustrated work for VH1 & Y&R New York earned Gold and a Silver Clio Award in New York, Silver at the Cannes Lions, In Book at D&AD, a finalist in the London International Awards and as an illustrator he is represented by Gerald & Cullen Rapp in New York City and The Jacky Winter Group in Melbourne. He has written for auction house Leonard Joel’s monthly newspaper Leonard and ThreeThousand.
Donnelly is also the founder and director of The Island Continent, a multidiciplinary studio and online archive for the Australian Image and through The Island Continent he has self published a photographic book on the Australian Milk Bar titled Milkbar: A Photographic Archive Vol 1.
