Sarah Sloboda is a photographer and an optimist, currently based in New York City. She writes, photographs, designs, conceptualizes, and dabbles in ceramics. She is most famous for her work as a children's photographer, and her portfolio may be viewed at sarahsloboda.com. She photographs weddings (slobodaweddings.blogspot.com), portraits, and rock bands, and has earned international publication of her work.

Sarah is also a writing and creative coach. She studied film at the University of Michigan, and worked as a writer in the entertainment business for years, writing things like film reviews for the All Media Guide and press releases for a major television awards show. Writers she has coached have impressive credentials, such as off-Broadway acclaim for plays, and episodic writing of hit primetime TV programming. She has also written, directed, and produced two short films, which she considers experimental art projects.
