I've been diving since 1991 and dive mostly in the caribbean and off the coast of NC. In April 2008, I purchased my first video set-up. It was a used TopDawg housing with a Sony DCR-HC42 camera. It wasn't fancy but served me well for several dive trips. However, I now have a L&M Stingray + housing, a Sony HC7 camcorder, and the Sunray 1000 LED lights. This has allowed me to get my feet wet (get it.......diving........feet wet......oh well) in doing some HD video. I am now in the process of upgrading my Stingray + housing so it will have MWB capabilities and I'll be shooting with a new Sony HDR-CX520V camcorder. Will be going to Bonaire in March of this year (2010) and will get a chance to try out my new set-up.
