I've been diving since 1991 and dive mostly in the caribbean and off the coast of NC. Last spring (April 2008) I purchased a used video set-up. It is a TopDawg housing with a Sony DCR-HC42 camera. It's not fancy but has served me well so far. However, I have just made a deal for a L&M Stingray + housing, a Sony HC7 camcorder, and the Sunray 1000 LED lights to take with me to Belize in August. So now I'll have a chance to dabble in shooting HD video! I'm excited about that. Then after a couple of years I'll upgrade again. The cycle probably never ends does it?
