I have been informed that my customer is using an add-on called "Download Helper" which is indeed allowing her to download my videos, save them on her computer, and view them as she pleases although my videos that I host with vimeo are tagged that they can only play on my site. Thanks for looking into this.

A customer has informed me that she has been downloading my videos using a firefox add on and saving them to her hard drive. My videos are password protected and I have marked them all only visible on my network (a specific site address). It is important to me that my videos are only playable via the site that I indicated they be played on. Do you know if my customer is making a true statement? Thanks, Julie
