Thanks so much, this gives me hope for my future pursuits! One more question if you don't mind- CG lighting is the thing most foreign to me, Is that one of the final steps in a project like this? Or do you light as you go through, and what program out of the 3 that you use do you do most of the lighting? (Sorry, I know that's more like 3 questions in 1)... The lighting in this makes all the textures and compositions that much more amazing.

Sorry, hadn't seen that you already answered the question about programs ("I used 3dsmax, Vray, and After Effects.")

So very very inspiring! I've been teaching myself After Effects for years and have so far to go to be able to achieve something so stunning. Do you use AE or Cinema 4D, or both, or neither? This has got me so hyped to expand my repertoire!

Do you have any tips for a self learner like myself?
