Dubbo Studios is best known for live visual performances at music festivals and events. Using live camera feeds, animation, original productions and re-appropriated footage we work closely with musicians and event producers to create a visual element that functions in tandem with their stage performance to make a unique experience for the audience.

Mauricio Ancalmo
Mauricio is the Artistic Director for Dubbo Studios. He received his MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute in the New Genres department. In addition to co-heading Dubbo Studios, he maintains a fine art practice and exhibits in galleries and museums both nationally and internationally

Christine Ancalmo
Christine is the production co-ordinator. She received her MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute in the New Genres Department. In addition to co-heading Dubbo Studios, she also works as an arts professional and freelance music writer in San Francisco.
