LSE Cities Programme 07-08

In December of 2007, the core studio of the MSc in City Design & Social Science included a three-week workshop called "Video as Site Analysis," led by Cassim Shepard. Each of the five teams of students trained a handycam on the sites they had been studying all semester long: they had mapped existing conditions and investigated social, economic and architectural contexts. The video workshop was their final attempt at (evocative) site analysis before moving on to design and policy proposals after Christmas.
