The Children's Bereavement Center (CBC) is a non-profit, comprehensive bereavement and resource center for children and their families providing peer support groups to children (kindergarten through college age) and their parents/caregivers who have suffered the death of a parent, sibling, grandparent, family member, or friend. We are the only comprehensive children’s bereavement center in South Florida. In addition, the CBC is this community’s bereavement educator, and provides referrals and numerous resources on grief and bereavement.

All peer support group services at CBC are provided free of charge. [Our main source of funding comes from individuals, community organizations, businesses, and local philanthropies.]
