My name is Mark Duncan, and I love to cook. These videos were made prior to me attending a Culinary Arts School, learning the tips and tricks of professional cooking.
Before attending school, I worked in radio and television, and was the host of the this television series. As host, I introduced audiences to healthy meals, and taught basic kitchen processes to help the novice cook feel more comfortable in preparing meals for others.
These days, I'm a professional chef and am currently the head chef instructor of a French Culinary school in Ontario Canada. Look for me with a Google search and you'll find other videos of me teaching how to make Pulled Pork, or chatting about the school I work for.
