An upcoming independent film maker, 24 year old Eliezer Katzoff strives to creative influential and thought-provoking films in a wide variety of genres.
Eliezer Katzoff grew up in the small city of Newton, Massachusetts. There, he attended the Sudbury Valley School and created numerous short films with a small home camera. During his junior year of high school he attended a six-month program in Israel where he studied Israeli politics and saw firsthand the complexities of the country during a time of crisis in the Middle East. He has returned numerous times since and feels the experience helped shape him as a film maker. Though he has created miscellaneous promotional videos and documentaries, his main interest lies in narrative filmmaking with a focus in writing/directing. Such themes as "The Fall from Grace", "Man Vs Nature" and "The Coming of Age" can be found within Eliezer's films. However, he does not limit himself to these as many other concepts and issues can be found woven throughout.
Recently Eliezer completed his BFA Degree in Film and Telivision at the Savannah College of Art and Design. He has moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film and telivision.
