Ristra Realty, LLC handles the land and home sales at Diamond Tail Ranch. The company is owned and managed by Dan Dennison, New Mexico Licensed Qualifying Broker. A 30-year real estate/master-planned communities veteran, some of the notable communities Dan has helped develop include Castle Pines Village in Castle Rock, CO; and Stonebriar, a luxury residential community north of Dallas, TX. He was a vice president and real estate manager for Bellamah Community Development, a major regional developer in five Southwestern states; Trafalgar Developers, a real estate development and housing construction company owned by General Electric with operations in Florida; and Assistant Vice President and General Manager for General Development Corporation, one of the largest retirement community builders in Florida.
At Diamond Tail:
* 6 lots were sold in first four years of the community. Currently 56 lots sold and 20 custom homes.
* Two Spec homes were undertaken by Diamond Tail to promote client and builder interest in the community with great success.
