   It's there because a page knows how to get to the navigation service but a viewmodel does not so I made this simple class that effectively gives a viewmodel access to the frame and its ability to navigate without sharing any specifics.

   Mike First Thank you for very usefull tutorial but I think your way of building windows phone 8 app is dificulte can you tell us what is benefit of using IComand and custom navigation service I know there is navigationservice default
