Professionally speaking I have done a lot in a short amount of time. Through SkillsUSA I competed in Community Service, Chapter Display, Web Page Design, Computer Repair and Maintenance, and Extemporaneous speaking. I have competed at the National Skills and Leadership Conference for SkillsUSA in Community Service (two years), Chapter Display and Total Quality Management.
For several years I did Freelance IT support in my community which really helped to sharpen my customer service abilities. Over the years I have volunteered as a Barista for school fund raisers and personally own a commercial grade espresso machine.
Working for WSU as a time slip employee and as an Intern I have gained wonderful experience collaborating with people, working in an office environment, and working with deadlines.
