Timothy Cooper is a writer and filmmaker. He has been a contributing writer for the online magazine HipHopDX.com for two years and has contributed to online and print publications such as The Village Voice, Urb Magazine, Slamonline.com, Format Magazine and Blackbookonline.com. His work has covered a variety of topics ranging from music and sports to politics and culture. Cooper’s directing debut, Paused in Time, was selected for The New Filmmakers Festival in New York City and The South Bronx Film Festival in the Bronx, New York. Cooper is also co-founder of The Cost Magazine--an editorial entity that will be driven by visual interviews and innovative concepts.
