    Very nice, but I have two thoughts:

    It's "Vincent Kartheisher", not "Katheiser"

    TV shows in the 1960's would have put the name of the show first, not last. The first slate would be "Mad Men", or maybe even "AMC Presents Mad Men" for the first title. Then "Starring John Hamm", "with Elizabeth Moss", etc.
