You can force an oval (vertically oval) bokeh on a normal lens (see post above about manually shaping your bokeh). My Iscorama is not coated as far as I can tell, not sure about the diopters . .

Ok, I understand your question - the image the camera will capture will be squeezed - it is easy to squeeze it any way you want in all kinds of software. Bokeh - buy a cheap UV filter - paint it black - scratch a vertical oval shape in the middle - mount on camera = instant oval shaped anamorphic bokeh ! Flare - Optical Flares by Video Copilot.
