Luke grew up lobstering on the coast of Maine. In high school, he built a skiff and started a business selling those delicious pinchers. He moved to NYC after college and discovered a need for authentic New England lobster roll. So he called up his dad, Jeff, who owns Portland Shellfish. The father-son duo works hard to source Maine’s best catch so Luke’s Lobster can purvey top quality, fresh-from-the-harbor seafood rolls in Manhattan. Oh, and it’s sustainable, too!
