Hi there, unfortunately, due to the way Facebook strips our code, restricting your embed domain to Facebook.com sounds to be problematic. Because Facebook is not using our provided embed code, we unfortunately cannot troubleshoot this. Sorry about that.

Seriously, this DOES NOT WORK either. I tried it on a new video that I had not posted there. I saw some warning when trying to change from private video to public, but allow only embedding on facebook.com. The correct thumbnail shows up on facebook.c

I watched a few videos in Google Chrome. Only the non-HD fire chief retirement video (which wasn't in HD) had those bars you mention. The HD videos played fine on my 1280x800 laptop.
