  I completely agree with randy. Tracy Hackler is the only thing I don't like about the box busters experience. I love the product previews, as this is truly the most realistic experience by which collectors can judge the upcoming products. The close-ups of the key cards are crucial and appreciated.
  
  Tracy, however, takes all of the excitement and fun out of the videos. He is not charismatic by any stretch of the imagination, but more importantly, his blase attitude and complete lack of emotion about any other pull other than his is sad and frustrating.
  
  Tracy, please, let someone else take over your job with video box busters. You are no fun, and you take away from the experience. Let people who are passionate, exactly like Haake is about this one, do the videos. Please.
