In a few words... a persons level of activity defines the diet... not the other way around like so many attempt to achieve through "weight loss".
Pay more attention to specific details with regard to your level of activity and less on the diet... and, viola' fitness develops and inches are gone (but, not necessarilly weight loss). Body mass of fat to muscle improves - significantly.
The reason most diets fail is because they start with defining the diet instead of training for increased levels of fitness. Why most people do not increase their level of fitness is because it is MUCH more difficult to do than simply falling for the myth that changing diet (only) will result in loss of weight in the long term.
Fitness and the resulting weight loss is not rocket science... but, it does take work and effort. Redefining lifestyle is WAAAAAY more difficult to achieve than simply loosing weight. -
