    Thanks for checking it out Joe. Actually the sound isnt as bad as I thought it would be, kind of surprising. For the CC I only did small boosts to the contrast and slightly shifted some of the shots to a warmer tone. No magic bullet on this one.

    Yeah actually I've been using cineform neoscene to convert the footage to .avi and I can edit the footage with no slowdowns even on my crappy laptop. No difference in the quality of the video as far as I can tell.

    I tried some of the more extreme presets from Magic Bullet looks and they didn't seem to hold up as well as the footage from my HG10. Gonna give it another shot on some different footage to see if the results are any better.

    Still planning on picking up one of these bad boys?
