Curt is committed to "helping others worship." He is a pastor, teacher, worship leader and songwriter who has been serving in the church for over twenty years. Curt is the pastor at North Way Christian Community Sewickley Valley. Before coming to North Way, Curt served at several amazing churches. He served as Worship Director at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois. After Willow Creek he served as the Worship Pastor at Shoreline Community Church in Monterey, California. Most recently, he served as a Teaching & Worship Pastor at Resurrection Life Church near Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Curt has penned nearly 50 songs that are used in churches around the world. He led worship for Promise Keeper events in arenas around the country for several years. He has led worship teams to fourteen nations on four continents.

Curt and his bride Jennifer have been married nineteen years. They met while students at Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. Jenn is a noted worship leader and singer. She has sung on numerous recordings and has traveled as vocal clinician for Maranatha's Worship Leader Workshops. These days, you'll find her taking daughter Gabbi to and from school with two year old son Chantry and new born son Asher in tow.
