Intro in situ gives musicians, composers and sound artists the opportunity to develop and implement projects in the field of contemporary music and sound art. Hereby collaboration is regularly sought with dancers, dramatists, writers, visual artists, architects and other disciplines.
Intro in situ produces “concertrante performances on location" in which material and immaterial cultural heritage are the standard. During the performances on location soundscapes, performances, installations and contemporary music are combined. Intro in situ programs every year a -thematic- series of chamber music in the “Theater aan het Vrijthof” in Maastricht.
