Joe Shaw is a UK based director. His first short film 'Passing Through' was selected for various festivals including Raindance and the Manchester International Short film Festival. He recently completed his second short 'The Echo', which is viewable on Vimeo.

Other work includes corporate and documentary. Most recently for Orange/France Telecom. Personal favourites include a series of shorts for Raleigh International detailing their first expedition to India and a film for the national autistic charity Treehouse, which was shown at all the party political conferences.

    Definitely do. You got a 7D right? I think they will compliment each other really well. Certainly for the kind of work I'm doing.

    Mark - Thanks for looking. Have gone 7D but shot this just before I did. Will use them side by side probably using the GH1 for things like the interviews etc and the 7D for the faster moving stuff. The GH1 is great though. Vastly under-rated. Not sure when I'll do another short. Making my living is first priority. Halfway through a feature script though... ;)
