Hi P,

don't know if I really understand your question. I put a grey glass (ND400) onto the lens, like sunglasses, so I could expose every frame for 3 seconds and with an additional Intervall-Timer ( enjoyyourcamera .com/Canon-Accessories/Phottix-TR-80-C1-Timer-LCD-Remote-Control-Remote-Cord-for-Canon-EOS-RS-60E3-Canon-400D-350D-300D-and-Pentax-SC-205::870.html ), which I can plug into my camera it's possible to expose a new photo every 4 seconds for example. After about 16 minutes the camera made 250 frames which is 10 seconds of timelapse (25f/second).

No, I don't think it's possible to do it by yourself. There's a company in Vienna that processes the Celluloid and transfers it to Video afterwards. That's the moment when you see the images for the first time. That's always a very thrilling time :o)
