Canada Court Watch is a non-profit community-based organization dedicated to protecting the public's interest in the administration of justice and promoting the rights and freedoms of people in a free and democratic society.

We expose injustices committed against children and families by the legal system including lawyers, judges, child protection workers and government funded agencies who provide services related to the justice or child protection system.

Through public awareness and exposure of the injustices that good people are being subjected to, our goal is make the legal and child protection system accountable and transparent and to help ensure that all children and families are treated with fairness and respect by the system.
