Our mission is to:
* Accelerate the transition from a fossil fuel-based economy to one based on clean energy and energy efficient technologies, focus on electric generation in Colorado
* Promote clean energy and energy efficient alternatives to fossil fuels
* Work to reduce Colorado's carbon emissions by retiring existing coal plants in the state
* Raise awareness about global climate change and other problems related to the use of fossil fuels, particularly coal
