One of the dancers of this festival. We would pull the float around, and every so often stop, deploy the stage, and then these dancers would give these dances.

JR Rail Seat Flipping

This is on the train between Okazaki and Nagoya, Japan. The seats flip forwards to backwards. I guess that is so they don't have to bother turning the cars around, they can just switch which locomotive is driving the train. Plus it allows you to make 4 seats face each other.
