Yeah...reading through the rules they posted for the contest, I saw how a lot of those things were restricted. Signs, business names, logos, etc. Also said entrants were supposed to get permission for anyone whose likeness was presented, too. I figured that for HB, with a beach and main street plastered with business names and with hundreds of people, that would be pretty much impossible. It was either go bland following the rules, or turn in something halfway interesting that ignored the rules entirely...haha. Go figure.
