Jack P. Johnson has photographed the City of Detroit and its architectural structures for almost 20 years. His work has been featured in numerous publications and media, including the cover of the Heidelberg Project’s 20th Anniversary book “Connecting the Dots”, as well as many private collections. In 2005 he co-founded Destination Detroit Media with Jennifer Baross. DDM’s goal is to address negative stereotypes about Detroit by showing the good things we have in our city. Jack has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Wayne State University and is currently working on his Masters of Media Arts in Communications to further his photographic and filmmaking endeavors.
