Airboat (formerly known as Passing Eye) is an artist run design studio specializing in various forms of art + design. Our services include: print, web, identity, motion graphics, photography, interior and architectural design.

Passing Eye was started in 2000 by Ivan Toth Depeña. Since then the studio has enjoyed a steadily increasing pace of aesthetic + functional innovation for clients nationwide. As a goal the studio maintains a small and focused staff. Maintaining scale and talent allows the studio to remain strong, diverse and mobile. It also allows the capability for the studio to form alliances + collaborate on projects in an increasingly diverse design disciplines. We are poised to handle design challenges of varying size and complexity.
