Michael Rutherford, a.k.a. “Coach Rut”, is a pioneer in strength and conditioning and one of the world’s first official CrossFit coaches, Coach Rut uses his advanced exercise theories to create one of a kind fitness program for people of all ages and fitness levels who are committed to optimizing their physical performance.
To the members, Boot Camp Fitness is more than a gym. It is a community of people committed to an authentic and lasting enhancement of their general physical fitness that extends into their daily lives.
