Ashley Monti is a young Editor and Director living in Los Angeles. A recent graduate of the Directing program at the American Film Institute, Ashley has aspired to work in the movie industry since she directed her first short in high school called DOES IT MATTER based on a poem by La Voz, Newsletter of Dignity, and which screened at the Asian European Film Festival in Washington DC. She recently completed her AFI graduate thesis film entitled THE DIVIDE. Her previous film THE METRONOME appeared at the Women's Fest in LA and the Italian Contemporary Film Festival partnered with TIFF. She is eager to work with other ambitious creatives in Los Angeles, Toronto, New York, Vancouver and Rome.
