Y'know, I think the Flip & it's "pocket cam" counterparts are highly underrated. Admittedly, there are alot of things they don't do or don't do well. But I've got some very good footage from my Flip. Especially, since it's normally handily stored in my tote bag. Seems like I'm always having to justify owning this to some of my hard core video friends.
