    I already posted this in another thread as a response, but this looked like the proper place. My video is also out of sync, and I used recommended settings. http://vimeo.com/5591007 it goes out at around the 16 minute mark, and by the end it is really off.

    Ok, it's playing now, but audio goes out of sync at around the 16 minute mark. I encoded using the recommended settings as well.
