Patrick Smith specializes in traditional, hand drawn animation. Smith has written, produced, animated and directed six award winning films in the last decade, but is widely known for directing the MTV series "Daria". Currently Smith is a Professor of Animation in the Graduate program at New York University Tisch School of the Arts in Singapore. He's also a fellow of the New York Foundation of the Arts, and a curator for multiple international film and animation festivals.
