Carlos Plusvalias

Carlos Lapeña, director and scriptwriter.

1968, born in Madrid, Carlos Lapeña has developed an extensive career as a scriptwriter, producer, documentalist, theatre writer, journalist, editor and cook, a career markedly dilettante. His contributions to the tv program in Telemadrid “The five senses” were rewarded with the 2002 Juan Mari Arzak Prize for Gastronomic Journalism. Nowadays he is the director of the production company “La funesta mania de pensar” or “That ill-fated (disastrous, fatal) habit of thinking” and he collaborates with different Medias and companies of Opera and Zarzuela (Spanish operetta).
