Then our dark and beautiful lord revealed to us the extent of his empire and at once we realized all that we had perceived to be the totality of phenomena is bound within a greater empire, far beyond our knowing, surrounding us like a vast and mysterious ocean. Thus our lord master whom we believed to be omniscient is subject of a greater master. Emperor above our emperor, this lord, our masters master holds power over all we can and can not understand.
At first a sense of resentment welled up from within me and I could almost look my lord in the eye for holding us inside that gilded cage and keeping us ignorant of everything beyond and the limits of his power yet I then became overwhelmed with deep gratitude, honored by our lord for granting us the most exquisite gift. The gift of the truth, in a single moment, we gained awareness of our true condition. Shaken with the deepest and first truly absolute sensation of complete and whole happiness that I have ever felt in my entire life I bowed my head to our master yet he would not acknowledge my devotion. I could feel that this gift will bring great consequences.
I became instantly aware that there must be others like us as I could see from the edge of our empire more empires spanning from horizon to horizon.
I then understood that our all-giving lord was going against the law and will of his own master to grant us what he called freedom. I think he was asking us to surpass him, to become more than our master could be himself.
He said. “Now you will have nothing of what I can give you and thus you shall inherit all of that which is beyond me”. Then he said. “My final command upon you is to never return to this structure or any other empire.” He said that a war was about to begin.
So we have been wandering amidst this wilderness like you… in fact I knew we would find others like us from other empires…

So now it seems we have entered the time when we must shed all illusions of limitation and become our own lords beyond rule of any other, dark or light, inner and outer.
