Richmond Fellowship (RF) is a specialist provider of mental health services. We encourage, support and challenge people with mental health problems on their recovery journey. While there is no single definition of recovery, the achievement of the best possible quality of life for each individual lies at the heart of this journey. And essential to this is having opportunities to be included in all the areas of life which others enjoy; such as taking part in sports and leisure activities, feeling part of the community, accessing education and employment and maintaining relationships with family and friends.

Through 5 short stories, this 20 minute animation explores the social and economic exclusion experienced by 5 people with mental health problems, and the positive impact of social and economic inclusion on their recovery.
